Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the specific electronic components you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the items in their original anti-static packaging and protective plastic housing to prevent any electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
