ComMarker B4/B6 Galvo Laser Marker Engraver Enclosure with Laser viewing Window (Universal Fit)

The ComMarker B4 / B6 Galvo Laser Marker Enclosure by Clearview Plastics is our heavy-duty, industrial-grade enclosure built to fit the ComMarker B4 / B6 — the compact 20–100W fiber galvo markers. It surrounds your marker in 1/4" aluminum composite panels with an OD7+ laser-safety viewing window rated for 1064 nm, contains the beam, glare, and fumes, and configures to your shop with the door, sealing, interlock, and filtration options below.

Offered in multiple sizes so you can match the B4 / B6 or size up to your media, it's a "set-over" enclosure that assembles in 20–30 minutes and can ship flat-packed or delivered assembled.

Real laser-light containment

Galvo fiber markers are Class 4 lasers: 1064 nm is an invisible infrared beam that reflects off the very metal you're marking. This enclosure is built for genuine beam containment, not just fume control:

• OD7+ viewing window (1064 nm) — an 11 × 11" laser-safety window (800–1100 nm, ~30% transmittance) so you can watch the job without the infrared reaching your eyes. (An OD6+ window is available if you run a 355 nm UV marker.)
• Aluminum composite panels — opaque, rigid, and beam-stopping; not clear acrylic.
• Door gasketing — seals the door perimeter to keep fumes in and block stray light leakage around the edges.

Contain the fumes and soot

• 4" exhaust adapter — connects a flexible 4" hose on the rear panel to vent outdoors or to a filter.
• Fan & venting options — add a 95 CFM or 200 CFM fan, or our window exhaust kit, for the extraction your workload needs.
• Donaldson AD350 filter — step up to a heavier-duty Donaldson AD350 filtration unit purpose-built for laser marking when venting outside isn't an option.
• Flow-control vents — slide-open vents on the front and sides tune airflow for better extraction.

Configure your enclosure

• Viewing window — OD7+ for fiber / MOPA (1064 nm) or OD6+ for UV (355 nm).
• HD hardware upgrade — metal hinges, heavier binding-screw hardware, and metal door pulls.

• Additional side doors — with two side doors the enclosure doubles as a pass-through for oversized or long media.
• Additional seam sealing — extra sealing for tighter fume and light containment.
• Magnetic door interlock switch — a 2-wire interlock lead to tie into your machine's safety circuit.

Frequently asked questions

Which window do I choose?
For this 1064 nm fiber / MOPA marker, choose the OD7+ window. (An OD6+ window is offered for 355 nm UV markers.)

Does this reclassify my Class 4 laser to Class 1?
No. It contains the beam, glare, and fumes and dramatically reduces stray-light exposure, but it is not certified to reclassify your laser or meet ANSI standards. Always wear OD-rated safety glasses for your wavelength. Need a certified/Class 1 build? Contact us about our Worksafe enclosure.

What are the exhaust and filtration options?
A 4" exhaust adapter is included. Add a 95 CFM or 200 CFM fan or our window exhaust kit, or step up to a heavy-duty Donaldson AD350 laser-rated filtration unit for indoor operation.

Can it act as a pass-through for long media?
Yes — add the optional side doors; with two side doors the enclosure opens on both sides to pass long or large stock straight through.

Can I get it assembled?
Yes. Choose the delivered-assembled option; you can also add a magnetic door interlock (2-wire lead) and extra seam sealing.

What is your return policy?
30-day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels with masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. Damaged or unmasked panels are not refundable.
